All Brooky Monster products are made to order through Printful. Because each item is printed specifically for you, our refund policy reflects the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.
We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. Please refer to our Sizing Guide before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Refunds are issued only for valid claims (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
