Every Brooky Monster item is printed on demand just for you. That means no warehouse, no excess inventory — just fresh gear made when you order it. Here's what to expect from the time you check out to the time it lands at your door.
After your order is placed, Printful (our fulfillment partner) prints and packs your item before it ships. This typically takes 2–7 business days depending on product type and demand. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the facility.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and the available carrier rates at the time of your order. You'll see the exact shipping cost before you pay — no surprises.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. The carrier and service level will be shown when shipping rates are calculated.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Printful with a tracking link. Use that link to follow your package to your door.
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total at checkout.
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.
