The Story
Randy Weiss joined the PBA in 1999 and built a career out of Columbia, South Carolina, before stepping away from competitive bowling for ten years during a different phase of life. When he came back, he came back rolling: his rookie PBA50 season in 2024 saw him lead all first-year players in points, with 12,515 points, four top-10 finishes — including a season-high third at the USBC Senior Masters — and $21,050 in earnings across 14 events, averaging 216.43. That performance earned him 2024 PBA50 Rookie of the Year.
Weiss broke through for his first PBA50 Tour title at the 2026 PBA50 Dave Small's Championship Lanes Classic in Anderson, Indiana. Across his career he's carded 55 perfect 300 games and 38 series of 800 or better, along with 9 regional titles and a third-place finish at the 2011 Dick Weber Classic.
Away from the lanes, Weiss has spent years running pro shops in the Columbia area — the kind of hands-on, in-the-house bowling background that comes through in how he rolls.
Rolling for Brooky Monster
Randy Weiss is Team Brooky's Senior Pro — a comeback story with a PBA50 title and a Rookie of the Year trophy to back it up. South Carolina roots, decades in pro shops, and a game that's still getting better. Exactly who we want repping the Monster on the PBA50 Tour.
